Coaching is led by Niccolรฒ Braghiroli, an athlete with direct experience in high-level contexts and competitions, who brings a practical and concrete approach to the water: that of someone who trains and keeps improving every day.

Pilates & Mobility

Within our retreats there will be pilates and mobility sessions to improve strength, core stability, control and injury prevention, led by Simona Morra, certified pilates instructor and kiter. Beyond improving overall well-being, this training is designed to maximize performance on the water: in kite it is essential to have good body control and coordination, trunk and lower-limb stability โ€” all cornerstones of pilates training too.
